Terms & Conditions with Cancellation Policy
We request that all reservations are confirmed by receipt of a non refundable deposit for the first night stay, which can be paid by either a cheque or debit/credit card. Please be advised that any reservation that are cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, is liable to be charged in full unless we are able to subsequently re-let the accommodation.

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover yourself in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances.
