Terms & Conditions with Cancellation Policy
Notice Period
14 days written notice is defined as a letter or email. The period of notice is taken from 12.00 p.m. on the proposed day of arrival. (i.e. for an individual reservation on wed 14th notice would be required by 12.00 p.m. Wed 1st.). We suggest that you do telephone us to ensure that we have received notification of your cancellation to ensure no charge is made. Please call (0044) 01690 710335
Charges
If a full 14 days notice is given (as defined above) there is no charge. If less than 14 days notice is given then every effort will be made to re-let the room(s). If part of the duration of the stay is re-let then only the period not re-let, subsequent shortfall against the original booking will be charged. However if we are unable to re-let the room(s) we will charge the total cost of the room(s) originally booked.
Method of Charging
Any cancellation charges will initially be offset against any deposit held and the balance will be charged against the credit card supplied to secure the booking.
A Word of caution
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
No Show Charges
All bookings are guaranteed via acceptance of the reservation and deposit taken. Failure to arrive will result in a no show charge being charged up to the rack rate of the room booked.
