Terms & Conditions with Cancellation Policy
Notice Period
The notice period is 1 month. Written notice is defined as a letter, fax or email. The period of notice is taken from 3 p.m. on the proposed day of arrival. (i.e. for an individual reservation on wed 13th July, notice would be required by 3 p.m. Wed 13th June.)
Charges
The deposit will be refunded for notice periods of 1 month or more. For those cancellations under 1 months notice period the deposit will not be refunded.
A Word of caution
To prevent any potential loss due to cancellations we do stress the importance of taking out travel insurance to protect yourself.
No Show Charges
All bookings are guaranteed by the 50% deposit. Failure to arrive means the deposit will not be refunded.
